for the accommodations of Wilde Stille in Kleinow

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings of accommodations on the premises of Wilde Stille Kleinow (e.g. yurts, wagons, caravans, circus wagon) made by guests via the website or through other communication channels.

2. Arrival & Departure

  • Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.

  • Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.
    Other times are possible upon prior agreement. If the guest does not arrive by 10:00 p.m. without prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel the booking 48 hours after the planned arrival. In this case, no refund will be issued. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to (partial) reimbursement.

3. Special requests & guests

Private guests, events, or celebrations on the premises must be registered in advance and are only permitted with explicit approval.
Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. A cleaning fee of €10 per animal and per night applies. The type and size of the animal must be specified in advance.

4. Payment

With the booking confirmation, the contract becomes binding. Payment must be made via online payment or bank transfer and must be received in full no later than 7 days before arrival. Cash payment on site is only possible by prior arrangement.

The rental price includes: accommodation, use of the listed facilities, water, electricity, waste disposal, parking, and final cleaning.

5. Duties of the guests

Guests commit to treating the accommodation and grounds with care. Any damage must be reported immediately.
Upon departure, the following must be completed:

  • dishes washed
  • waste disposed of
  • personal belongings packed

6. Dogs

  • One socially compatible dog per accommodation is allowed with prior registration.
  • The dog must be kept on a leash at all times on the premises.
  • No access to beds or upholstered furniture.
  • The dog may not be left alone in the accommodation.
  • Heavy soiling (hair, food remains) must be removed.
  • The operator may charge an additional cleaning fee in case of violations.

7. Data protection (booking & processing)

For the execution of the booking, personal data will be processed (name, address, email, stay details). This data is used exclusively for contract fulfillment.

8. Liability

  • Use of the accommodation is at the guest’s own risk.
  • No liability for natural events, power/water outages, or force majeure.
  • The operator is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
  • No liability for items brought by guests.
  • Guests are fully liable for damages caused by themselves.

9. Final provisions

  • Changes to the furnishings (e.g. furniture) are possible, provided they are of equal value.
  • Photos of the accommodations on the website as of July 2025.
  • Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
  • German law applies.
  • Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the operator’s place of business.
