Sometimes life happens, we understand. You can cancel your booking in writing at any time.
Our policy:
Up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
14 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
From 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price
Cancellation by us
Fortunately, this rarely happens, but of course, sometimes unforeseen reasons may arise on our side (e.g. illness, storm, official restrictions).
If we have to cancel your stay for important reasons, you will of course receive a full refund – or, if you wish, you can rebook free of charge.
In any case, we’ll let you know as early as possible and work with you to find a good solution.
